On the Collaborate plan, invite up to 2 people to edit the same chart in real time. Move tables together, shuffle guests together, settle the seating-chart debate together — every change appears instantly for everyone. Watch how an invite works below.

How to use it

  1. 1Click the invite button in the header.
  2. 2In the Send Invite tab, enter your co-planner’s email — and a name, if you like.
  3. 3Keep Require generated passcode ticked so they’ll need the passcode before joining.
  4. 4Click Send Invitation. They get a link to join your chart, live.
  5. 5Manage, resend, or cancel invites from the Manage Invites tab of the same dialog — invites show as Pending until accepted, then Active.
