How we verify
Five automated checks. Discounts come from the verification record, never from a code you type.
V1 · School email domain
Required. Buy with a .k12, .edu, .sch or district address. Personal mailboxes cannot buy a School plan.
V2 · Registry match, 20% off
We match your school against the US NCES directory. The official enrolment sets your band, and a matched school gets 20% off list.
V3 · Title I schoolwide, 50% off
A Title I schoolwide (high-poverty) school gets 50% off instead of the registry discount, from the same registry record.
V4 · District bundle, 20% off the sum
Three or more verified schools bought together get 20% off the total, on top of V2 or V3, capped at 60% in all. Buying for a district? Use the application form below and list your schools.
V5 · Invoice or PO, net 30
Registry-matched schools can pay by invoice or purchase order on 30-day terms. No extra discount; your workspace opens when the invoice is paid.

Substitute printouts
A clean chart for cover teachers with names and seats only. Notes and tags never print.
No pupil emails, ever
Pupils are names on a chart, not accounts. Nothing asks for a student address, and data is deleted at year end by default.
Not included
Guest check-in, the QR seat finder, wallet passes and CAD import are Event Manager features and are not part of Classroom or School plans.

School plan FAQs
Which schools can buy self-serve?
US public and private schools listed in the NCES directory, buying with a school email address. UK schools (DfE GIAS) are next; until then, apply through the form and we verify by hand.
What if my school is not in the registry?
Submit the application form on this page. We verify the school by hand and set you up at the matching band; the registry discount needs a registry match.
How is the price computed?
From your verification record on our side, never from a promo code: list price by enrolment band, then 20% off for a registry match or 50% off for Title I schoolwide, then 20% off the sum for three or more verified schools, capped at 60% in total.
Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes, once your school is registry-matched. We send a Stripe invoice due in 30 days, and the workspace opens when it is paid.
What happens to pupil data?
Pupils are never account holders and we never ask for their email addresses. Notes and tags stay off the substitute printout, and class data is deleted at the end of the plan or on request. The details are on the student data privacy page and in the DPA.
Does a single teacher need the School plan?
No. A teacher buying for their own classes takes the Classroom plan; the School plan is for a whole school.
