“Where am I sitting?”

The Seat Finder turns your chart into a public link and a QR code. Guests scan, type their name, and see their table — no host running around with a clipboard at the door. Watch both sides of it below.

How it works

  1. 1Open Seat Finder from the button in the header.
  2. 2Choose your options: Require generated passcode for privacy, Show tablemates after lookup, and an optional read-only seating chart view.
  3. 3Click Create seat finder link — you get the public link and its QR code together.
  4. 4Share the link, or export the QR as a print-ready PDF for signage at the door.
  5. 5Guests scan, enter their name, and find their seat in seconds.
