Email every guest their seat — straight to their wallet
One click sends each guest a private link to their table and an Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet pass. The pass carries a QR that always opens their current seat — reseat someone and it updates itself. No app, no account, no reprinting escort cards.

Guest seat notifications are included on Collaborate and Event Manager plans. The designer itself is free — build your layout first, send seats when you’re ready.
Guest seat notifications let an event owner email every seated guest their table and seat in one step. Each email carries a private link — and an optional Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass — that reflects the live seating plan. Move a guest later and their link and pass update on their own, with no second email and nothing to reprint.
From finished plan to every phone
Three steps, all from the same tool you used to seat everyone.
1. Click “Email guests their seats”
From the guest list in the designer, hit one button. See who is ready, send a test to yourself, then send to everyone — with a daily cap and delivery tracking built in.
2. Guests get their seat + a pass
Each guest opens a private link showing their table, who else is seated there, and buttons to add the seat to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — no app, no account.
3. Reseat anyone, anytime
Passes are generated from live seating. Move a guest and the same link and QR show the new seat — no re-send, no “please ignore my last email.”
The pass in their pocket
A seat that lives in Apple Wallet & Google Wallet

Scan for latest seat
A QR labelled “Scan for latest seat” reopens the live seat page.
Re-downloading always reflects the current seat — no expired tickets.
Add it from the email or the seat page. Works from a public seat-finder link too.
Simple for guests. Considered underneath.
Always the current seat
Seating isn’t final until the doors open. Because links and passes read live data, a last-minute swap is invisible to you and seamless for the guest.
Private by design
Each guest link is a random private token. The page shows only their seat and tablemates’ names — never emails. Names and emails are never logged or sent to analytics.
Sent the careful way
Server-sent in a batch with per-guest de-duplication, a resend cooldown, bounce suppression, and a daily cap. Track delivered and opened per recipient as it happens.
Where it earns its keep
Weddings
Skip the paper escort cards. Every guest gets their table on their phone, and a no-show reseated at the last minute is one nobody notices.
Corporate galas & fundraisers
Assigned seating for hundreds without a printed board. A wallet pass at the door keeps the room moving and the check-in line short.
Conferences & banquets
Guests keep their seat in their wallet across the evening, and the QR always points at the latest arrangement if the plan shifts between courses.
Included on Collaborate & Event Manager
Seat notifications ship with the same plan that unlocks live collaboration and link sharing. No per-guest fees, no per-email charges.

Common questions
Do guests need an app to save their seat?
No. The link opens in any phone browser — no download, no account. Saving to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet uses the wallet already built into the phone, so there is nothing to install.
What if I change someone's seat after emailing?
Nothing to resend. The private link and the wallet pass are generated from live seating data, so a guest who re-opens the link — or re-scans the pass QR — always sees their current table and seat.
Are both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet supported?
Yes. Guests on iPhone see Add to Apple Wallet; guests on Android see Add to Google Wallet. Each button appears only when that provider is available, so guests never see a dead button.
Can guests see other people's private details?
No. The guest page shows only that guest's own seat and the names of the people at their table — never anyone's email. Guest names and emails are never written to logs or sent to analytics.
Will the emails land in spam?
Emails are sent server-side through a batch email provider with a plaintext alternative, a List-Unsubscribe header, per-guest de-duplication, and bounce suppression. You can send a test to yourself first, then watch delivered and opened status per recipient.
Which plans include guest seat notifications?
Collaborate (for couples and small events) and Event Manager (for planners, venues, and agencies). The designer itself is free — build your seating plan first and add notifications when you're ready to send.
Put every guest’s seat in their pocket
