Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• To access certain features, you must create an account using our authentication provider.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account or allow unauthorized use.
• Subscription features (templates, events, and collaboration) require an active paid subscription.
• Access to subscription features ends when your subscription expires or is cancelled.

• If you do not sign up, your seating chart is stored only in your browser's local storage and deleted automatically at midnight.
• If you sign up, you may enter guest information (names, emails, dietary requirements, comments). You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to enter this data into the Service.
• You retain ownership of all seating charts, templates, and guest information you create.
• We retain guest data during a 7-day grace period after your access expires. If you do not extend your account, we will permanently delete your account and all associated guest data after that 7-day grace period.

When you invite clients to collaborate on your seating charts:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the client's email address with us.
• Clients you invite may be able to view guest names and seating arrangements.
• You should inform clients about what data they can view or edit before inviting them.

If you have an active subscription, you may invite clients to collaborate on your seating charts:

• You can create time-limited collaboration links that expire after a duration you choose (1-90 days).
• You can revoke a client's access at any time.
• Some elements of the seating chart may be restricted by you as the organiser.
• We are not responsible for verifying the identity of recipients. You are solely responsible for inviting the correct email addresses.
• Collaboration links are sent via email and should be treated as confidential. Anyone with the link may be able to access the seating chart.
• Collaboration links stop working when your subscription expires.

If you purchase team seats for your Event Manager subscription, you may invite other people ("team members") to share your workspace:

• Each team member must sign in with their own account. Sharing login credentials remains prohibited.
• Team members can view and edit all templates, events, and guest data in the team workspace, including data created before the team was set up. Only invite people who should have this access.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share each invitee's email address with us, and that team members are authorised to access the guest data in your workspace.
• The subscription holder acts as the team administrator and controls team membership and billing. They may remove members at any time; removed members immediately lose access to the team workspace.
• An email address with an active personal subscription cannot be invited to a team.
• If the underlying subscription expires or is cancelled, team members' access to the workspace is suspended.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Upload offensive, discriminatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to access, copy, or interfere with systems other than through normal use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

• The Service uses essential cookies that are required for authentication and core functionality.
• With your consent, we use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
• With your consent, we may record anonymised session replays to diagnose user experience issues. All text and personal data visible on screen is masked in these recordings.
• You can accept or decline analytics cookies via the cookie banner shown on your first visit.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without liability.

Real-time collaboration features and email delivery for collaboration invitations depend on third-party services. We are not responsible for outages or delays caused by these providers.

• Some features may require payment. Payment terms will be displayed at checkout via our payment provider.
• By subscribing, you agree to the applicable fees and renewal conditions.
• Team seats (Event Manager Teams) are an optional add-on charged per seat to the subscription holder, on the same billing cycle as the underlying subscription. The per-seat price is shown before you confirm.
• Charges for team seats are prorated when seats are added or removed during a billing period.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or deletion of your account.
• When your subscription expires, templates and events become read-only.
• Collaboration links stop working when your subscription expires.
• Your data is permanently deleted after a 7-day grace period once your subscription expires, if you do not renew.
• Refunds for one-time purchases (Pro and Collaborate) are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. For subscriptions (Event Manager), you may cancel at any time to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by ZNZ Systems Ltd.
• You retain ownership of the seating charts and guest data you create but grant us a limited license to store and process this information to provide the Service.

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZNZ Systems Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this processing.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
