Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• To access certain features, you must create an account using our authentication provider Clerk.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account or allow unauthorized use.
• Subscription features (templates, events, and collaboration) require an active paid subscription.
• Access to subscription features ends when your subscription expires or is cancelled.

• If you do not sign up, your seating chart is stored only in your browser's local storage and deleted automatically at midnight.
• If you sign up, you may enter guest information (names, emails, dietary requirements, comments). You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to enter this data into the Service.
• You retain ownership of all seating charts, templates, and guest information you create.
• We store guest data for 7 days after the expiry of your access. If you do not extend your account, we will delete your account and all associated guest data within 7 days of the expiry of your access.

When you invite clients to collaborate on your seating charts:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the client's email address with us.
• Clients you invite may be able to view guest names and seating arrangements.
• You should inform clients about what data they can view or edit before inviting them.

If you have an active subscription, you may invite clients to collaborate on your seating charts:

• You can create time-limited collaboration links that expire after a duration you choose (1-90 days).
• You can revoke a client's access at any time.
• Some elements of the seating chart may be restricted by you as the organiser.
• We are not responsible for verifying the identity of recipients. You are solely responsible for inviting the correct email addresses.
• Collaboration links are sent via email and should be treated as confidential. Anyone with the link may be able to access the seating chart.
• Collaboration links stop working when your subscription expires.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Upload offensive, discriminatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to access, copy, or interfere with systems other than through normal use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without liability.

Real-time collaboration features depend on third-party services (Ably). Email delivery for collaboration invitations depends on third-party services (Resend). We are not responsible for outages or delays caused by these providers.

• Some features may require payment. Payment terms will be displayed at checkout via our payment provider.
• By subscribing, you agree to the applicable fees and renewal conditions.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or deletion of your account.
• When your subscription expires, templates and events become read-only.
• Collaboration links stop working when your subscription expires.
• Your data is deleted 7 days after subscription expiry if you do not renew.

• The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by ZNZ Systems Ltd.
• You retain ownership of the seating charts and guest data you create but grant us a limited license to store and process this information to provide the Service.

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZNZ Systems Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this processing.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
