1. Generate the link
In the designer’s share panel, click Create seat-finder link. Optionally turn on the passcode.
2. Print the sign
Export a print-ready A4 PDF with the QR, your event name, and the passcode if you set one. Drop it on an easel at the entrance.
3. Guests scan and find their table
The QR opens a lookup page. Guests type their name and see their table — no app, no account, no waiting at the seating board.
