- Yes. Social Tables is now sold as Cvent Event Diagramming. Cvent also moved Prismm, formerly AllSeated, into Cvent Event Diagramming from 13 May 2026.
- What does Social Tables cost for a venue?
- On its published pricing, checked 26 September 2026, the free plan is fixed at 3 events and 1 user. Venue Pro is $150 a month for 1 user and 50 events a year. Premium is $320 a month for unlimited events. Enterprise is quoted. Every paid plan is a 12-month commitment. On SeatPlan.io the venue floor plan is free, and Event Manager is a monthly subscription for unlimited events, paid month to month if you like.

- On venue Pro and Premium, yes: professionally drawn floor plans up to 5,000 sq ft on Pro and 10,000 sq ft on Premium. On SeatPlan.io you build the room yourself.
